Supply Unit Production

A secured region (one not under attack) creates 3,200 supply units worth of production each turn. See Supply Units

A player can choose to build with those units immediately, or declare construction of a larger ship. See Building Large Ships

Supply Units can never be transferred to another region.

Supply units can not be saved. Unused units are just that, unused production.

Regions under attack do NOT generate Supply Units. If a region is under attack, no ships can be built.

A region that has already reached it’s limit in ships CAN NOT produce more ships and exceed the region limit. See Region Limit

Ships cannot be revised or upgraded. Once built, they exist ‘as is’ until destroyed or scrapped.

If ships complete building on the same turn a region comes under attack, those ships will be present for the region’s defense battle. See Timing

Each turn players will supply the GM with orders for which regions will build which ship designs. If no orders are received by the turn deadline, the Supply Unit production for that turn is lost.

Ship designs must have unique names to avoid confusion.

Ships can be combined into fleets for convenience, but otherwise all rules apply.

Players are limited to 6 ship designs. See Ship Design Rules for more details
Each turn, players have the option of swapping out one of their designs for a new one. However, the total number they have available to build with will never be more than six.

Previously built designs stay in play as originally built until destroyed or scrapped.

If it is found that a ship accidentally makes it into play and does not meet the ship design rules, all examples of that ship will be immediately scrapped.

Construction of a large ship (larger than the 3,200 SU per turn production of the region) must be declared and a design must be submitted at the beginning of construction. See Building Large Ships
