Basic rules are:
- 10,000P fleet limit.
- All ships must be of the same faction.
- Faction must be one of the defaults, but this time Borg and Spikey plant factions will be allowed as well.
- Only parts from the standard default game.
- No spinners allowed.
- Deadline is October 31st.
